Our cooperation with LeanTrix began in 2020 and included supporting Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland in preparing to implement the TWI programme and delivering practical workshops for employees from thirteen locations across Poland. The objective was to develop key leadership skills in job instruction, process improvement and knowledge transfer, all of which are essential to building an effective operational training system.

The main criteria in selecting a partner were professionalism, positive communication and a proactive approach to finding solutions to the challenges presented.

The cooperation included a series of preparatory consultations, introductory training sessions designed to build awareness of the TWI methodology, as well as workshops and certification for instructors. Throughout the training process, the trainers demonstrated strong commitment and an excellent ability to communicate knowledge, enabling the instructors to apply it in practice without difficulty. Both before and after the training process, the trainers were always available to support Arvato SCS instructors during implementation.

As part of our cooperation with LeanTrix, 13 instructors were trained. Together, they are building an operational training system at Arvato SCS based on the TWI methodology. The substantive and practical knowledge gained has accelerated the onboarding of new employees, while the number of complaints has been reduced by 56%. The engaging nature of the workshops enabled participants to develop or enhance strategic leadership skills, contributing to greater awareness and job satisfaction among Arvato SCS employees.

LeanTrix delivered the training and process optimisation projects reliably, flexibly and professionally. The trainers’ experience and their ability to adapt to the specific and changing operating conditions at Arvato SCS deserve particular recognition.

Our cooperation with LeanTrix began in autumn 2020 and included supporting our organisation in preparing to implement the TWI programme and delivering practical workshops for employees at four locations across Poland. The objective was to develop employees’ key skills in job instruction and process improvement, as well as to provide the knowledge required to manage the TWI programme.

The main criteria in selecting a partner were extensive implementation experience gained over previous years and a commitment to building knowledge from the very first contact with the company. Before the cooperation began, LeanTrix trainers carried out an in-depth assessment of the current situation, which made it possible to define an effective action plan.

The cooperation included a series of preparatory consultations, workshops for management staff, and workshops and certification for instructors and trainers. Throughout this period, the trainers demonstrated strong commitment and an excellent ability to communicate knowledge, which our employees were able to put into practice with ease. The highly practical nature of the activities resulted above all from the trainers’ extensive experience and their ability to adapt to the needs of our organisation.

Through our cooperation with LeanTrix, we improved our employee training system, which enabled us to accelerate the onboarding of new employees. Based on our experience, we are pleased to recommend LeanTrix for the expertise of its trainers and their ability to adapt to the specific conditions of our organisation.

The training was aimed primarily at first-line production managers, shift supervisors and selected specialists from the technical planning department who act as internal trainers within our company and are involved in preparing job instructions.

The programme included both a theoretical component (lecture, presentation and discussion) and a practical component (workshops at workstations). A variety of methods were used throughout the training to engage participants actively.

In our cooperation to date, LeanTrix Sp. z o.o. has demonstrated reliability in its work. The company was receptive to our comments and proposals, willing to adapt the training programme and prepared to develop tailored solutions that enhanced the effectiveness of the training activities.

I am delighted to recommend working with LeanTrix Sp. z o.o.

Mr Kamil Müller of LeanTrix Sp. z o.o. delivered a total of four group training courses for our directors, managers, foremen, team leaders and, above all, our internal TWI trainers.

The TWI method was introduced in our company more than a year ago in connection with a new onboarding programme for shop-floor employees. We decided not only to use this method to transfer knowledge to new employees, but also to prepare all workstation instructions in line with it.

Mr Kamil Müller delivered every workshop in a highly engaging and interesting way. The workshops were entirely practical and drew on a wealth of examples and exercises. Mr Müller readily shared his knowledge and experience with participants, while creating an excellent atmosphere. He also proposed an audit of our workstation instructions. We were, of course, very happy to accept, and the resulting report helped us considerably to standardise the instructions and ensure their compliance with the TWI method.

Mr Müller brings extensive knowledge, experience and passion, along with a genuine willingness to share them with others. He is also attentive to clients’ needs and flexible in finding the best solutions. His sense of humour and high level of personal professionalism made a strong impression on me. Working with Mr Müller is both inspiring and a genuine pleasure.

REFERENCE

In December 2020, we took part in training organised by LeanTrix. It included support in preparing our organisation to implement the TWI programme and practical workshops for our employees—managers, engineers and production operators. The aim was to develop key skills in job instruction and process improvement, and to provide knowledge on how to manage a TWI programme.

The principal criterion in selecting a company to work with was extensive implementation experience gained over previous years, together with a commitment to building our knowledge from the very first contact. The deciding factor was the references presented by LeanTrix, which confirmed that the company had successfully helped a number of organisations implement the TWI programme.

Before, during and after the training, the trainer demonstrated a high level of commitment and an ability to convey knowledge that our employees could readily apply in practice. This practical approach stemmed above all from the trainer’s broad experience and ability to adapt to the needs of our organisation. More than a year after the training, the trainer remains interested and engaged, and continues to provide support whenever required.

Through our cooperation with LeanTrix, we improved our employee training system, which enabled us to shorten the time required to bring new employees up to speed. We also improved production safety, quality and productivity.

Based on our experience, we are pleased to recommend LeanTrix for the experience of its trainers and its ability to adapt to the specific circumstances of our organisation.

REFERENCE

We began working with LeanTrix Sp. z o.o. in 2016 as part of a project to implement the TWI Job Instruction programme. LeanTrix Sp. z o.o. demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, flexibility and expert support throughout the training, the certification process for TWI trainers and instructors, and the on-the-job support.

In 2019, we expanded our TWI programme to include Job Methods and Job Relations. These workshops and the associated certification process were also delivered by LeanTrix Sp. z o.o.

The training courses referred to above were aimed primarily at TWI instructors and trainers. The knowledge shared by the LeanTrix trainer, together with practical guidance, enabled us to develop and implement TWI job instructions efficiently. The subsequent modules focused on improving the skills of our leaders in employee relations and work methods improvement.

In addition to the high quality of its expert support, LeanTrix’s considerable practical experience and professional approach to problem solving are major strengths.

Based on our experience to date, we can confidently recommend LeanTrix Sp. z o.o. as a provider of workshop-based training services in the TWI method.

Yours sincerely,

Marek Jagielski

We would like to thank LeanTrix Sp. z o.o., and in particular Mr Wiktor Wołoszczuk and Mr Kamil Müller, for delivering a series of training courses on the TWI methodology — Job Relations, Job Methods and Job Instruction — which took place in late 2021 and early 2022.

We chose this training because we are committed to the continuous improvement and development of our processes, and people-related processes are especially important to us. We therefore decided to organise training for our managers and foremen to equip them with additional skills they could use in their everyday work.

Testimonials are evidence. The operating system should deliver the next results.

We do not start with a randomly selected tool. The LeanTrix Transformation Loop takes an organisation from identifying its constraint to building a lasting capability for independent continuous improvement.

01

Diagnosing the constraint

We examine the process, management approach, standards, data and capabilities. We select the problem that genuinely constrains the performance of the system.

02

Experiments and implementation

We define the target condition, select Lean, TWI, TOC, Hoshin Kanri or Toyota Kata as appropriate, and test hypotheses in the actual process.

03

Organisational capability

We develop leaders and practitioners, embed effective standards and launch the next improvement cycle without creating dependence on a consultant.

From the Lean Summit and open training, through an audit and diagnosis, to a tailored in-company project or a full transformation. Every entry point is designed to lead to action and a measurable result, not to collecting tools.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about LeanTrix client testimonials

Documents matter, but what matters most is matching the way of working to the organisation’s specific constraint.

Are the client testimonials presented here authentic?

Yes. This page features scans or PDF files of signed documents issued by LeanTrix clients. For each document, we provide the author’s name, position and year of issue exactly as stated in the original.

What types of projects does LeanTrix deliver?

We deliver audits, transformation projects, TWI and Lean implementations, operating system development, leadership programmes, in-company and open training, and projects using TOC, Hoshin Kanri, Toyota Kata, Six Sigma and quality tools.

Can we get to know LeanTrix before starting a project?

Yes. The Lean Summit and our open training courses let you see our experts at work, speak with practitioners and experience the LeanTrix approach before deciding on an audit or transformation project.

The first step: a conversation about your challenge
