Theory of Constraints
Goldratt Europe — TOC in Polish organisations
LeanTrix is Goldratt Europe’s Polish partner in the Theory of Constraints. The partnership provides access to the knowledge and experience of the community developing Dr Eliyahu M. Goldratt’s legacy.
Rami Goldratt joined Lean Summit ’26, organised by LeanTrix. He shared a practical approach to TOC and discussed effective constraint management with Polish transformation leaders.
We help organisations identify the constraint holding back flow, delivery performance, productivity or growth, then translate TOC into decisions, priorities and daily process management. Identifying the constraint is the starting point of the LeanTrix organisational transformation model.

Lean, Six Sigma and TWI certification
International Lean Six Sigma Institute
LeanTrix is an accredited partner of the International Lean Six Sigma Institute, based in Cambridge, UK, in Lean, Six Sigma and TWI. Selected LeanTrix certification programmes combine training with an ILSSI examination.
The partnership also supports active knowledge exchange. At the International Lean Six Sigma Conference in Bratislava, Dr Bartosz Misiurek and Kamil Müller shared LeanTrix’s implementation experience with the international ILSSI community.
Participants who pass the examination receive an ILSSI certificate that can be verified online. Within the LeanTrix model, capability development supports work towards target conditions and the organisation’s real problems.

Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata
KATA School Poland — practising Toyota Kata
LeanTrix co-creates KATA School Poland, the Polish hub of the international KATA Schools community. We develop Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata practice so leaders and teams can systematically reach successive target conditions.
Toyota Kata was described by Mike Rother, author of “Toyota Kata”. His research showed how repeatable thinking and coaching routines help organisations learn through deliberate, short experiments.
In LeanTrix’s proprietary model, Toyota Kata connects the breakthrough challenge with the current condition, a measurable target condition and the next obstacle. This turns transformation into a daily learning system.
