Goldratt Europe
Across Europe, Goldratt Europe promotes the Theory of Constraints (TOC). The Goldratt Group founded the organization. This global consultancy was established by Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt, the creator of TOC.
Today, Rami Goldratt manages the group. It operates under Progressive Flow Ltd., led by CEO Yaniv Dinur, with offices in the United States and Japan.
Leantrix is the exclusive official partner of Goldratt Europe in Poland. Together, we promote and implement TOC in Polish companies and organizations.
International Lean Six Sigma Institute
Leantrix belongs to the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) in Cambridge, UK. Through this membership, we cooperate with companies from many countries and join international conferences. Each certified course ends with an ILSSI exam and certificate. Leantrix is the institute’s only Polish member.
ILSSI promotes Lean and sustainable, intelligent business processes. It also supports digital transformation through AI, IIoT, blockchain and robotics.
Wroclaw University of Technology
We cooperate with researchers from Wrocław University of Science and Technology on flexible production-space optimization and logistics. The research applies current methods that incorporate expert knowledge into mathematical models.
Lean Community
The Leantrix team contributes to the international Lean Community, a global non-profit network. It connects practitioners, educators and experts from around the world.
More than 50 authors share experience from different countries and industries. They are united by openness, practical knowledge and a willingness to help others grow.
Polish Society of TWI
At Leantrix, we co-create the Polish TWI community. The network brings together dozens of practitioners who implement TWI every day.
Within the community, we organize webinars, workshops and practical knowledge exchange. As a result, members learn through mutual support and real implementations.
TOC Dojo
TOC Dojo is a Polish center for practicing the Theory of Constraints (TOC). It was founded by Goldratt Europe, Leantrix and Optimum.
The initiative combines TOC with Lean Management, TWI, Toyota Kata and artificial intelligence. It provides a space for learning, exercises and knowledge exchange.
Workshops, community events and projects help organizations find and remove bottlenecks. As a result, they increase throughput and build stable flow-based management systems.
Kata School Poland
Our team develops Kata School Poland. Wiktor Wołoszczuk, a Leantrix board member, and Jarosław Jurasz founded the school. They cooperate with the global Kata School led by Mike Rother, author of Toyota Kata.
The initiative promotes KATA culture and adaptive leadership. It also builds habits of scientific thinking, daily improvement and lasting cultural change.
Quali Team
We cooperate with QualiTeam, one of Poland’s leading specialists in quality management systems. QualiTeam helps companies build and improve quality systems for manufacturing and service industries.
The organization conducts quality audits covering ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA and other industry requirements. In addition, it trains managers and employees. It also supports implementation, certification preparation and ongoing compliance.
DIP - Dolnośląski Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości
We work with Stowarzyszenie Dolnośląski Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości (SDIP) to optimize client training budgets. For more than a decade, the organization has supported Polish enterprises. It helps them develop qualified employees at every level.
SDIP contributes expertise in external training funding. Leantrix adds a practical approach to organizational development. Together, these strengths reduce service costs and limit the client’s own capital contribution.
