The Largest Lean Conference in Europe Lean Management · AI · Leadership · TWI · Toyota Kata · TOC
On June 15–16, 2027, we will meet in Wrocław for Lean Summit—a conference for sharing experiences from company to company, created with the support of management experts and practitioners.
Lean Summit is the fourth edition of the conference, originally titled Lean TWI Summit. The title change was dictated by the expansion of the conference’s thematic scope.
Lean Summit aims to be a true forum for exchanging experiences between organizations that develop people, improve processes, and build competitive advantage through Lean Management, leadership, AI, TWI, Toyota Kata, and TOC.
Lean Summit is a lean conference that creates a space where companies showcase their practices, discuss real-world challenges, and learn from each other. It’s not about theory divorced from everyday life, but about organizations’ concrete experiences in manufacturing, services, HR, healthcare, logistics, and new technologies.
The program will include presentations, case studies, workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions. All this so that participants can return to their organizations with inspiration, contacts and practical ideas to implement.
Special guests of the 2027 edition will be:
- Marcin Prokop
- Robert Korzeniowski
- Rami Goldratt
Lean Summit is:
- a conference for companies,
- a space for true exchange of experiences,
- no sales from the stage,
- practical case studies,
- parallel thematic tracks,
- networking between organizations,
