Dr. Bartosz Misiurek has been actively involved in the development of the TWI program in Poland since 2007. His achievements include authoring over 150 articles on TWI and Lean Management published in various countries, as well as a book on Lean and the TWI program released in the United States. Dr. Misiurek is a well-known figure in the international arena, as evidenced by numerous presentations at conferences around the world.

He currently serves as the TWI Global Coach at Cooper Standard (Automotive), where he supports the implementation of the TWI program in over 60 plants across four continents. His contribution to the transfer and development of the TWI program in Poland, carried out since 2007 in collaboration with the Lean Enterprise Institute Poland, has been significant for the popularization of these methods in the country. Thanks to his experience in the practical application of Lean and TWI tools in the food and automotive industries, Bartek has shared his knowledge with several thousand people during more than three hundred practical workshops.

His interests are not limited to Lean Management; he is a co-creator of many projects at the intersection of Lean and modern technologies. He holds the position of CEO at Do Lean IT, which offers the etwi system, and also co-created the Leancoin project, utilizing blockchain technology. Bartek also plays a key role in Lean Community, an international organization promoting Lean culture.

He received his education at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he earned a doctorate in technical sciences. Outside of his professional life, he is a father of three sons and an enthusiast of physical activity, especially tennis. He has participated in many marathon and half-marathon races, demonstrating his love for sport and perseverance.

Her career at Wienerberger has spanned over 12 years, starting from a lower-level position to gradually advancing to higher positions. Dorota Draus focuses particularly on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), which impacts the efficiency of production processes at Wienerberger. Her work significantly contributes to maximizing the efficiency and reliability of machines, which is essential for the continuity and quality of production.

Before assuming her current role, Dorota served as the Plant Manager in Paczków for nearly 4 years, where she managed daily production activities and introduced Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and quality. Then, as the Production Manager at the same location, she continued her commitment to improving production processes.

Dorota Draus’s education has solid engineering and technical foundations, obtained at the Rzeszów University of Technology, which further enriches her managerial and technical skills. This combination of professional experience and academic background enables her to effectively lead optimization and maintenance projects, contributing to the continuous development of Wienerberger Poland.

Bartłomiej Chodubski serves as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Wienerberger AG. As the manager for continuous improvement across Europe, Bartek supports over 200 Wienerberger locations in Europe, primarily focusing on the standardization of work within Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), utilizing the Training Within Industry (TWI) program.

At Wienerberger, Bartek began his journey in March 2021 as a Lean Manager for WBS Poland. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the Continuous Improvement strategy for WBS PL, building and training a CI team to support plant management teams in promoting and leading a Lean Culture across 13 locations (22 lines) of WBS PL. He identified savings initiatives amounting to over 2 million euros and co-created WBS PIP+ and maintenance standards in the areas of shop floor management, problem-solving, standardized work, and TPM.

Before joining Wienerberger, Bartłomiej worked as a Lean Coordinator, managing continuous improvement initiatives. His previous professional experience also includes working as a Maintenance Manager and Process Engineer at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, as well as a Process Engineer at ZF Group, where he gained experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and maintenance.

Thanks to his rich professional experience and focus on continuous improvement, Bartłomiej Chodubski significantly contributes to the development of Lean culture and operational efficiency at Wienerberger locations across Europe.

At the Cooper Standard facility in Myślenice, Joanna plays a key role in the processes of implementing new employees and raising their professional competencies. She not only imparts knowledge but also inspires and motivates her proteges to continuous development and the search for better solutions in their work.

She is also the leader of a project focused on implementing and developing the TWI methodology, with a particular emphasis on employee instruction methods. Joanna actively engages in activities related to Kaizen and problem-solving, promoting a culture of continuous improvement among employees.

Graduate of the Upper Silesian College of Commerce in Katowice with a degree in Sociology and the University of Bielsko-Biała with a degree in Management and Production Engineering. Associated with production processes for nearly 20 years, currently serving as the TWI/BTO Coordinator and Trainer at Cooper Standard Automotive Poland in Bielsko-Biała.

 A member of the Polish Association of TWI Practitioners, a certified TWI Instructor, and a practitioner of this method responsible for implementing the training program at the Cooper Standard Bielsko-Biała factory. Completed the Train The Trainer course and conducted dozens of trainings related to production topics.

Currently leading a project aimed at developing a comprehensive approach to the training process from the administrative side, with a special focus on production needs – from onboarding to managing turnover. Previous projects include optimization of the training process and creation of job documentation in the development phase of new projects, automation of the finished product identification process, and computerization of workstations.

Aneta is fully committed to implementing the TWI program, which is a key element of her work. With her experience and education, holding a master’s degree in pedagogy with a specialization in resocialization and court work, Aneta effectively builds positive relationships with employees. Her approach to personnel management is based on promoting open communication, supporting professional development, and identifying and developing true leaders among employees.

In her role as a TWI/BTO trainer, Aneta places special emphasis on refining work methods, leading to their standardization and increasing the efficiency of production processes. This is made possible by her skills in training and mentorship, which allows her to discover and utilize the full potential of the team.

Bartłomiej has 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, mainly in the automotive sector. His passion for Lean Manufacturing began in 2004 at Toyota Motor Industries Poland, where he had the unique opportunity to participate in training at Toyota plants in Japan.

Using the knowledge and experience gained, Bartek consistently strived for operational excellence and achieving better production results. He worked, among others, at LG Display, where he was responsible for the comprehensive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, and at companies such as Eberspächer Climate Control Systems and Aircom Automotive, where he led operational departments (Production, Lean, Maintenance, Production Planning, Internal Logistics, and Infrastructure Maintenance).

As a trainer at Lean Enterprise Institute Poland, Bartek passed on his knowledge of Lean to employees of manufacturing plants from various industries. Additionally, as a lecturer at the Banking School of Higher Education, he shared his experiences in the field of Lean Manufacturing with the new generation of managers.

Bartek is a strong advocate of the Lean & TWI approach, which brings visible results both in the organizations he supported and in his personal life. He believes that Lean transformation can occur in a stress-free manner, and the tools can be adapted to the individual needs and conditions of the organization.

At Wienerberger, Bartek began his journey in March 2021 as a Lean Manager for WBS Poland. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the Continuous Improvement strategy for WBS PL, building and training a CI team to support plant management teams in promoting and leading a Lean Culture across 13 locations (22 lines) of WBS PL. He identified savings initiatives amounting to over 2 million euros and co-created WBS PIP+ and maintenance standards in the areas of shop floor management, problem-solving, standardized work, and TPM.

Before joining Wienerberger, Bartłomiej worked as a Lean Coordinator, managing continuous improvement initiatives. His previous professional experience also includes working as a Maintenance Manager and Process Engineer at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, as well as a Process Engineer at ZF Group, where he gained experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and maintenance.

Additionally, as a lecturer at the Banking School of Higher Education, he shared his experiences in the field of Lean Manufacturing with the new generation of managers.

Dr. Bartosz Misiurek has been actively involved in the development of the TWI program in Poland since 2007. His achievements include authoring over 150 articles on TWI and Lean Management published in various countries, as well as a book on Lean and the TWI program released in the United States. Dr. Misiurek is a well-known figure in the international arena, as evidenced by numerous presentations at conferences around the world.

He currently serves as the TWI Global Coach at Cooper Standard (Automotive), where he supports the implementation of the TWI program in over 60 plants across four continents. His contribution to the transfer and development of the TWI program in Poland, carried out since 2007 in collaboration with the Lean Enterprise Institute Poland, has been significant for the popularization of these methods in the country. Thanks to his experience in the practical application of Lean and TWI tools in the food and automotive industries, Bartek has shared his knowledge with several thousand people during more than three hundred practical workshops.

His interests are not limited to Lean Management; he is a co-creator of many projects at the intersection of Lean and modern technologies. He holds the position of CEO at Do Lean IT, which offers the etwi system, and also co-created the Leancoin project, utilizing blockchain technology. Bartek also plays a key role in Lean Community, an international organization promoting Lean culture.

He received his education at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he earned a doctorate in technical sciences. Outside of his professional life, he is a father of three sons and an enthusiast of physical activity, especially tennis.
