Wiktor Wołoszczuk is a psychologist by training, as well as an experienced Lean Management consultant, trainer, coach, and executive mentor. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław and a degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Wrocław.
He possesses over 20 years of managerial experience as a regional director in financial institutions, having participated in major HR and management projects implemented in collaboration with BCG.
He specializes in the development of people, leaders, teams, and organizations operating in VUCA environments. He is an expert in relationship psychology, change management, building engagement, and fostering a culture based on “Teal” (turquoise) values.
As an Assessment and Development Center (AC/DC) assessor, he conducts training sessions and competency assessments; he also lectures at the WSB University in Wrocław on topics such as employee relations and leadership. He is a practitioner of Lean Management and TWI programs.
At LeanTrix, he focuses on implementing Toyota Kata and TWI methodologies, co-delivering support programs for leaders and operational change initiatives.
Wiktor is also a co-founder of Kata School Poland — the first official Kata school in the country—where he creates a forum for practitioners of daily improvement and Kata coaching while integrating the local Kata community.
Drawing on years of operational, psychological, and training experience, he combines an analytical approach with human-potential coaching, enabling leaders to better understand the systems approach to organizational development and the creation of a culture of continuous improvement.
