Wiktor Wołoszczuk is a seasoned psychologist and management consultant with over 30 years of experience in Lean Management, Training Within Industry (TWI), and Toyota Kata. He serves as a member of the board at LeanTrix and holds a leading role as a Master Trainer for TWI and Toyota Kata.
Previously, for more than 20 years, he worked as Regional Director for major financial institutions, where he co-led large-scale HR and management initiatives in collaboration with consultants from BCG. His background uniquely combines deep operational business experience with advanced psychological and leadership expertise.
Wiktor is an expert in developing people, teams, and organizations in VUCA settings. He specializes in relational psychology, change management, engagement-building, and crafting turquoise organizational cultures. As an AC/DC assessor, he evaluates leadership competencies and provides guidance through structured feedback.
He also lectures at the Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Wrocław, teaching courses on employee relations and leadership. As a Lean practitioner, he helps teams and managers implement continuous improvement methods and TWI programs.
Wiktor is proud to be the co-founder of Kata School Poland, the first dedicated Kata practice school in Poland. In that role, he organizes and leads Kata training sessions, helping to build a vibrant community of practitioners and coaches across the country. He personally co-led Poland’s first official Kata Improvement training in November 2024.
By integrating psychology, lean systems thinking, and coaching, Wiktor enables leaders to master systematic thinking patterns and foster a culture of scientific experimentation and continuous development.
