TWI Job Safety Training – Standardising Behaviour and Eliminating Hazards

Why do you need this service?

TWI Job Safety training gives leaders a practical structure for recognising hazards, analysing risk and developing safe working methods directly in the gemba.

TWI Job Safety training — prevention in everyday work

Health and safety procedures alone are insufficient if leaders and employees cannot systematically notice hazards and respond before an incident occurs. TWI Job Safety structures work observation, analysis of risk sources, selection of preventive measures and team involvement in developing safe ways to perform tasks.

We connect the programme with TWI Job Safety, work instructions and daily leadership. The methodological context is also described by eTWI.

We implement TWI Job Safety as part of a prevention system. After training, we revisit standards, incidents and near misses, the quality of hazard analysis and leaders’ behaviours to sustain and develop safe practices.

Implementation support

We provide support based on the Kata process, which allows us to adapt our activities to the specifics of your organization, taking into account the jointly set goals. The Kata process consists of four key elements that enable effective implementation of assumptions.

Determining the course of action

Designing a concept that responds to the organization's goals and challenges.

Determining the current state

Learning about the current situation and collecting input data to define the next step.

Determining the target state

Determining the desired and measurable end result and a plan for its implementation.

Experiments - consultations

Implementation of activities in accordance with the established cooperation model, based on PDCA cycles.

We operate according to PDCA
