Dr Ścibór Sobieski is a consultant in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and management systems. He combines more than 35 years of experience in information technology and software development management with over 25 years of academic, training and mentoring practice.
As co-founder and President of QualiTeam, an academic lecturer, advisor, coach and mentor, he supports organizations in building secure, well-structured and compliant management systems. He specializes in translating complex legal, standards-based and technological requirements into practical actions, processes and operating standards.
His consulting work covers cybersecurity, risk management, information security, organizational readiness for Poland’s National Cybersecurity System and the NIS2 Directive, and the responsible implementation of artificial intelligence. He helps organizations assess their current readiness, identify gaps, clarify accountability and create practical implementation and improvement roadmaps.
He completed the CQI and IRCA-certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor Training Course at BSI Training Academy and training for lead auditors of artificial intelligence management systems compliant with ISO/IEC 42001:2023. By combining technical knowledge with a strategic organizational perspective, he works effectively with boards, management teams and specialists in IT, quality, security and process development.
