Paweł Wojciechowski is a process engineer and a certified Training Within Industry (TWI) trainer. He has been active in the manufacturing industry for over 13 years, combining engineering expertise with a practical approach to work standardization, workforce development, and continuous process improvement.
He gained his experience at international manufacturing companies—including HUBER+SUHNER—and within the advanced battery systems sector. He is currently associated with Scania Industrial Batteries in Gdańsk. His work has encompassed assembly processes, new product introductions, process launch and optimization, and international technology and knowledge transfers.
He specializes in designing stable and repeatable manufacturing processes. In his work, he employs work standardization, PFMEA analysis, Lean Management tools, and problem-solving methodologies. He places particular emphasis on ensuring that a standard is not merely a document, but a genuine method used by operators to perform and improve their work.
As a Certified TWI Instructor and Certified Leantrix TWI Trainer, he uses the Training Within Industry method to build effective on-the-job instruction systems. He supports organizations in creating work instructions, training instructors, and developing the competencies of leaders and production staff.
He possesses experience in the international transfer of knowledge and processes. He has participated in projects requiring collaboration with overseas manufacturing plants, team training, the transfer of work standards, and preparing processes for stable launch at new locations.
In his training work, he combines the perspectives of a process engineer and a manufacturing practitioner. Consequently, he presents TWI not as a standalone training method, but as an integral part of production management, quality, and continuous improvement systems. Beyond his professional career, he is actively involved in the development of Sobieszewo Island and the Żuławy region. He serves as chairman of the “Sobieszewo Island Initiative” Association and has spearheaded efforts regarding infrastructure and public transport development—including the “Kolej na Żuławy” (Rail for Żuławy) concept.
