Paweł Wojciechowski is a process engineer and certified trainer in the Training Within Industry (TWI) methodology. He has over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including advanced battery technologies and the fiber optic and cable harness industry. In his work, he combines solid engineering skills with a passion for working with people, focusing on building complete operator awareness and a mature production culture.

A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Gdynia Maritime University, he gained experience at Scania Industrial Batteries and Huber+Suhner, among others, supervising key assembly processes. He specializes in the optimization and standardization of production processes, new product implementation (NPI), and international production line transfers. As part of his international knowledge transfer, he has conducted training trips to foreign factories and partner plants, responsible for implementing production standards, training local teams, and certifying technological processes.

As a TWI practitioner, he utilizes his process knowledge to create transparent work instructions and train line instructors, ensuring process stability and repeatability. In his daily practice, he effectively combines TWI methodology with Lean Management tools, PFMEA risk analysis, and quality problem-solving.

A privately engaged community activist, he serves as President of the “Sobieszewska Island Initiative” Association.
