He is a Lead Auditor of the Integrated QMS (ISO/TS 16949:2009), certified by Omnex Engineering & Management, Inc. He also holds the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from Axelos Global Best Practice.
He has over 20 years of experience in TPM, Preventive Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance. He began his career in maintenance as a technician, progressing through the ranks to the position of Central Maintenance Director EU. He gained experience primarily in the automotive industry and electronic systems manufacturing.
He has supported organizations in the development and implementation of TPM standards in Germany, France, India, and Poland, among others. He promotes planned maintenance and CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) solutions, allowing for maintenance activities to be performed when they are actually needed.
He is guided by the principle: “If you don’t find the time to maintain your machine, the machine will do it for you by breaking down.”
