Marcelina Przykaza is a lawyer, occupational psychologist, trainee legal counsel, and the founder of legalessence. She supports enterprises in areas such as individual and collective labor law, employee relations, cooperation with trade unions, and organizational legal compliance.
She specializes in designing and implementing systemic HR solutions, including pay transparency and equity, the prevention of workplace bullying and discrimination, psychosocial risk management, workplace mediation, the resolution of employment disputes, and the development of compliance policies. She also assists organizations in managing mental health in the workplace in accordance with the ISO 45003:2021 standard.
She combines legal expertise with an occupational psychology perspective and a practical understanding of business operations. She conducts consultations, audits, workshops, and training sessions, helping to translate legal requirements into clear procedures, managerial standards, and solutions applicable to the organization’s day-to-day operations.
She holds degrees in Law (Faculty of Law and Administration) and Psychology (Faculty of Philosophy) from Jagiellonian University. She also completed the American Law Program conducted in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is the author of various publications and studies regarding labor law and occupational psychology.
