TWI Job Methods training and practical Kaizen
The method follows four steps: gather facts, analyse the details, develop a new method and implement it with the team’s involvement. This gives Kaizen a basis in structured work analysis and deliberate elimination of unnecessary activities, alongside spontaneous ideas.
