Lean Manager Master develops the ability to design an organisation-wide Lean system, coach other practitioners and scale the management of improvement.

At Master level, the main task is to connect methods, processes and leadership in one coherent system. Participants should be able to develop other leaders, design change-management mechanisms, manage a portfolio of initiatives and build the organisation’s capability to improve independently.

The programme is based on practical Lean Management and real challenges. Broader methodological context is available in Lean transformation.

Lean Manager Master is a pathway for people who develop the system as well as deliver projects. Coaching, transformation reviews, management standards and the development of further Lean practitioners are therefore important parts of the programme.
