At Black Belt level, participants should be able to address problems that cross the boundaries of a single workstation or department, lead project teams, select methods to suit the problem and build lasting solutions based on standards and measurable results.

Lean Manager Black Belt is intended to develop the capability to lead real change. Project work, results reviews, leadership skills development and sustaining the effects after implementation are therefore important elements.
