Supports teams in applying Toyota Kata, PDCA and the Theory of Constraints. Helps them move from a properly defined challenge to fast, measurable experiments.
Typically within 8–12 weeks—or longer if the pace of the project requires it—a team of up to four people completes one project based on a real, strategically important organisational challenge. The team works step by step with a trainer, following the Toyota Kata routine and the PDCA cycle.
Your organisation purchases one project slot—not individual participant places.
The entire team attends the meetings, works on one challenge and presents the final result together.
Regular price
for one project slot for a team of up to 4 people
With 4 participants: €747.50 net per participant.
One organisation, one real project and shared responsibility for change.
The same 10 meetings can be spread over a longer period if the pace of experiments or the team’s availability requires it.
A kick-off, eight project sessions and a final project presentation—live with a trainer.
A knowledge library used when it is needed at a particular stage.
A four-person limit combines different perspectives, shared responsibility and a fast decision-making rhythm—without the coordination cost of a large group.
One perspective, a greater risk of the project stalling and more difficulty embedding the change in the organisation.
Joint analysis, division of work, mutual verification of hypotheses and project continuity even when one person misses a meeting.
In a larger group, coordination costs increase and it becomes harder to maintain personal ownership and move quickly from discussion to experiment.
Project design rationale: research on complex problem solving shows that small teams outperform the best individual working alone, while coordination costs increase as team size grows. This is why the programme is limited to four participants. See: Laughlin et al. (2006), Wheelan (2009), Mueller (2012).
Every meeting ends with a decision on the next step. The trainer helps the team think and test—the trainer does not complete the project for the participants.
Challenge, scope, success measures, team roles and the sponsor’s expectations.
Data, direction and a measurable goal.
Hypotheses, tests, conclusions and next steps.
Result, evidence, conclusions and the sponsor’s decision on further implementation.
The full library is available from the beginning of the programme. The team does not have to work through it from start to finish—it uses specific knowledge when the current stage of the project requires it.

40 hours of instructional materials
You select only what the current stage of the project requires.
You start with a real organisational challenge—not a catalogue of tools.
You use the materials in the context of data, decisions and the current obstacle.
Value comes from experiments, measurement and a standard—not from the number of hours watched.
Przemysław Palka, Production Manager, co-led a project on two newly launched production lines between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

The programme price includes the opportunity to earn two separate certificates: Lean Kata Green Belt Leantrix / Optimum after completing and presenting the project and ILSSI Lean Green Belt after passing the exam.
14 October 2026 · Tychy
An Open Day for the Lean Kata Green Belt programme was held at Kompania Piwowarska. The session was led by Wiktor Wołoszczuk and Maurycy Szkolnicki, who presented a practical approach to running improvement projects and developing participants’ capabilities.
Leantrix publishes signed client references and full case studies so that you can assess not only the promise, but also the way of working and the results.
