Watch a T-shirt being folded. Identify the important steps, record the key points for each one and explain the reasons behind them.
Analyse a training session
Watch an on-the-job training session in an automotive plant. Assess how the instructor prepared the learner, demonstrated the job and checked performance.
Plan skills development
Use a competency matrix to choose who needs training and which jobs to prioritise. Build a six-month development plan for the team.

Dr Bartosz Misiurek has 20 years of experience in TWI, including 8 years implementing TWI across automotive plants worldwide. He is the author of Standardized Work with TWI and a co-creator of the eTWI system.
He teaches the course in English and Polish and reviews participants’ assignments.
