Maria Mrowca is an Event & Project Manager who combines experience in event organization, project coordination and communication with knowledge of psychology and management.
She developed her skills at Odra Centrum, where she was responsible for managing the Odra Akademia project, organizing and supporting events, as well as promotional, photography and graphic design activities. She also served as the lead coordinator of the “W nurcie rodzicielstwa” conference, managing the project from the planning stage through to final delivery.
Maria is also actively involved in the Student Council of the Faculty of Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. As the lead coordinator of WuzetFest 2026 and coordinator of the promotion team for the WuzeTalk 2026 conference, she gained experience in team coordination, communication, promotion and organizing events for the academic community.
At Leantrix, as an Event & Project Manager, she is responsible for coordinating projects and events, ensuring both effective execution and a positive participant experience, as well as smooth communication between everyone involved.
She thrives in dynamic environments and projects that require a combination of strong organizational skills and attentiveness to people. As a student of psychology and management, she approaches projects from two perspectives — efficient processes and the needs of the people who participate in them.
