Maria Mrowca is an Event & Project Manager who combines experience in event organization, project coordination, and communication with knowledge of psychology and management.
She hones her skills at the OnWater.pl Foundation, where she is responsible for managing the Odra Akademia project, organizing and handling events, and managing promotional, photography, and graphic design activities. She also served as the lead coordinator for the “W nurcie rodzicielstwa” (In the Flow of Parenting) conference, managing the project from the initial concept and planning stages through to final execution.
She is also actively involved in academic life at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (PWr). For the 2026/2027 academic year, she serves as the Chair of the Student Government for the Faculty of Management. Previously, she gained experience in team management, communication, promotion, and organizing events for the academic community while serving as the lead coordinator for WuzetFest 2026 and the promotion section coordinator for the WuzeTalk 2026 conference.
