Dariusz Dziuba is a manufacturing leader and co-founder of LeanShaman, a practical system for developing employee engagement, Kaizen habits and a proactive improvement culture. His experience includes managing Cranfield Foundry in North Macedonia and applying Lean thinking in a demanding production environment.
He focuses on small, daily improvements and on systems that help employees take initiative, identify problems and contribute ideas close to the process. His work connects Lean leadership, behavioural change, operational management and digital support for continuous improvement.
