TWI trainer certification builds the organisation’s internal capability to develop further practitioners, run workshops and maintain a consistent TWI standard.

An internal trainer should know the method and be able to lead a group, observe participants’ practice, provide precise feedback and develop further instructors. We therefore base certification on real teaching, mentoring and assessment of implementation quality.

We connect certification with the wider Training Within Industry system and the good practices described by eTWI.

TWI trainer certification continues beyond awarding a document. After certification, we support trainers in running workshops, developing instructors, auditing quality and scaling the programme to further organisational areas.

We provide support based on the Kata process, which allows us to adapt our activities to the specifics of your organization, taking into account the jointly set goals. The Kata process consists of four key elements that enable effective implementation of assumptions.
