Implementation support

  • We develop an operation map to identify processes where work instructions are critical – applying the Pareto principle (20% of operations = 80% of risks).
  • We define priorities for instruction implementation based on their impact on quality, safety, and cycle time.
  • We design a schedule for instruction development and assign specific roles (trainers, instructors, authors).
