Previously, she spent nearly nine years at Cooper Standard (2016–2025) as BTO Coordinator & TWI Trainer, where she designed and delivered Training Within Industry programs, conducted training needs assessment, monitored training effectiveness, and collaborated with HR and leadership to build structured onboarding processes for new team members.
Monika also served in roles such as Assistant Continuous Improvement & Quality EU (2016–2018) and Assistant Plant Manager (2018–2022), where she supported operations, scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
