Kamil Müller is a committed practitioner and advocate of the Training Within Industry (TWI) program and Lean Management. At LeanTrix, he serves on the Board of Directors and leads TWI implementation across facilities in Poland, notably delivering projects at Cooper Standard and other major manufacturing companies X (formerly Twitter)+12LeanTrix+12Lean Community+12.

Kamil has led improvement initiatives and training for companies such as Lotte Wedel, Danone, Kompania Piwowarska, B/S/H, eobuwie.pl, Geberit, Viessmann, Whirlpool, Tenneco, Lorenz Bahlsen, Cooper Standard, Jost Polska, Stadler, UPM Raflatac, Recaro, Lear Corporation.
He is also a co‑founder of the eTWI System startup—a digital platform for creating and managing standardized instructions and employee development documentation—and a co‑founder of Lean Community, a professional network connecting Lean practitioners across Poland.
In addition, Kamil teaches at the Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Wrocław, focusing on Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Kamil is the author of numerous articles on Lean and TWI, contributing regularly to the Lean Community publication platform LinkedIn. He is also actively engaged in community sports and is an American football player with the Panthers Wrocław, applying TWI principles even in team training context.
