Since 2007, he has been actively developing the Training Within Industry (TWI) program in Poland, becoming one of its key promoters and practitioners. He is the author of over 50 publications on TWI and Lean Management, published in Poland, Germany, Brazil, and Japan, as well as a book on integrating Lean and TWI in industrial environments, published in the United States.
For years, he has been a speaker at national and international conferences, sharing insights gained through more than 300 practical workshops attended by thousands of participants. He has worked with companies such as Volvo, Electrolux, Philips, IKEA, Wedel, Heinz, Philip Morris, Tarczyński, Autoliv, Avio, BRW, BSH, and Cooper Standard.
He served as TWI Global Coach at Cooper Standard Automotive, supporting the implementation of the TWI program in over 60 manufacturing plants across four continents.
He holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he researched methods for developing employee competencies in industrial settings.
Since November 2024, he has been lecturing at the Faculty of Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he works as an assistant professor.
He explores the intersection of Lean Management, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on how these technologies can be integrated for organizational efficiency.
He is also a co-creator of the largest Lean and AI conference in Poland.
Privately, he is the father of three sons and an enthusiast of tennis, running, and endurance sports. He has completed numerous marathons and half-marathons in Poland and abroad.
