Bogusław Zambok – Practitioner of the Training Within Industry program and Lean Management. Production Coordinator, TWI Master Trainer.
A graduate of the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Katowice (Sociology) and the University of Bielsko-Biała (Production Engineering and Managemeant). He has been involved in production processes for 17 years and is currently a Coordinator and TWI Trainer at Cooper Standard Automotive Poland in Bielsko-Biała.
Bogusław Zambok is a member of the Polish Association of TWI Practitioners, a certified TWI Instructor, and an active practitioner of the method. He is responsible for implementing the training program at the Cooper Standard Bielsko-Biała plant and serves as a consultant in Cooper Standard’s European factories. He has completed a Train the Trainer course and conducted dozens of trainings related to production processes.
He is currently the leader of a project aimed at developing a comprehensive approach to the training process from the administrative side, with particular emphasis on production needs—from onboarding to managing turnover. Previous projects include optimizing the training process and the creation of work instructions during new project development, automating the labeling process of finished goods, and computerizing workstations.
Privately, he is a husband, father, and a volunteer rescuer with the Beskid Group of GOPR (Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue). Due to his involvement in GOPR and his love for the mountains, he spends a lot of time in the mountains with his family. He lives in a picturesque town in the heart of the Silesian Beskids. He loves to help people unlock their full potential so they can enjoy their talents and support companies in building a better tomorrow.
He is also a university lecturer at the WSB University in Wrocław and the author of numerous articles on related topics.
