Description: The workshop "TOYOTA KATA: Building the Habit of Scientific Thinking and Continuous Improvement" focuses on cultivating the habit of scientific thinking and practicing continuous improvement using the KATA principle, inspired by management practices at Toyota. Participants will experiment with the workings of the human brain, experiencing the pitfalls of fast thinking and logical systems. Through KATA sessions, practiced in groups, participants will refine skills, routines, and shape mental patterns and beliefs that lead to effective improvement and personal development. Additionally, we will discuss the "Road Map" to developing the habit of scientific thinking and continuous improvement.

The main emphasis will be on two fundamental TWI methods: Job Methods (JM), which focuses on improving work processes, and Job Instruction (JI), which involves creating and applying job instructions.
