Is the Lean TWI Conference only for manufacturing?
Definitely not. The Lean TWI conference is for people from manufacturing, service and logistics companies. Day 1 will feature lectures on leadership, personal development, onboarding, building employee engagement, continuous improvement and artificial intelligence. Day 2 will feature two streams: manufacturing and services, with practical case studies. There will also be an AMA session led by experts from both services and manufacturing. Everyone will find something for themselves at the 2nd Lean TWI Summit, regardless of whether they are closer to manufacturing or services.
Do I need to register for individual lectures in advance?
No, during the conference you can move freely around the entire complex. You decide when you want to take a break and which event you choose. You have complete freedom.
I don't see any breaks on the agenda, will there be any planned?
If there are no breaks, how will I watch all the lectures?
I see gaps in the agenda, when will the agenda be ready?
The gaps in the agenda result from the scale of the conference. As the only conference on Lean in Poland, we are focusing on a very broad agenda. You can expect several dozen speakers with whom we have to discuss the topics of their lectures. The agenda will be supplemented on an ongoing basis.
