Lean TWI 2026 Conference Watch the unveiling of the September 2025 agenda in Polish
The largest Lean conference in Poland on the subject Lean Management · AI · Leadership · TWI · Toyota Kata · TOC
On June 9–10, 2026, we’re returning to Wrocław for the third edition of the Lean TWI Summit – an event that brings together people from manufacturing, services, and HR, focused on employee development, process improvement, and the use of AI in their daily work. In 2025, we had almost 500 participants. In 2026, we’re aiming for over 650 participants. And once again, we’re focused on specifics. The Lean TWI Conference is:
- No formal breaks – coffee, lunch, and networking are happening all the time.
- No sales from the main stage.
- Several parallel streams for manufacturing and services – you choose what truly interests you.
- Evening afterparty in the culture zone – bar, terrace, and a relaxed atmosphere after a long day.
- The best companies and top speakers.
- English-language presentations and workshops.
The Lean TWI Conference is not just about Lean Management, Training Within Industry, leadership, and artificial intelligence – it’s a meeting of people who want to develop, share experiences, and return to the company with renewed energy!
In 2026, we want to combine the TOC and Toyota Kata mindset with the principles of Lean Management and TWI. All of this with the understanding that people are paramount. We want to build this event around our Six Higher Powers:
Prospection – the ability to anticipate and prepare for change before it occurs.
Resilience – the organization’s resistance to uncertainty.
Innovation – continuous improvement.
Building Relationships – strong relationships are the foundation of effective leadership.
Making Meaning – talents thrive through meaningful work.
Human & AI Integration – we connect people with technology that supports, not replaces.
