Maurycy Szkolnicki worked for fifteen years in the machinery manufacturing and FMCG industries. He has over 25 years of experience in Lean Management. He gained Lean implementation experience in various roles, from TPM Coordinator and Production Director to a member of the team responsible for developing a corporate production system.
He possesses comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise in holistic, systematic Lean Management implementation—from building process stability and reorganizing workflows to embedding a culture of continuous improvement. He is particularly experienced in TPM, SMED, 5S, standardization, value stream mapping and improvements, problem-solving methodologies, and implementing management tools such as Operational Meetings and Hoshin-Kanri. He also has extensive experience working in multicultural environments.
Maurycy was involved in creating and rolling out globally-aligned corporate standards based on the Toyota Production System. Thanks to his managerial background, he is also well-versed in Lean tools and methods for establishing daily problem-solving systems, continuous improvement routines, and managerial standard work. He holds an international Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
He is also passionate about logical reasoning tools, particularly the Theory of Constraints (TOC).
For ten years, he served as Consultant and Senior Consultant at Lean Enterprise Institute Polska, where, in addition to training and workshops, he led transformative enterprise projects. In these initiatives, he conducted audits, developed project schedules, and supervised their execution. As part of implementation, he coordinated the work of other Lean Enterprise Polska consultants.
