Andrzej Bielewski is an experienced production management and Lean consulting practitioner who combines over three decades of operational experience with more than 12 years of advisory practice in industrial process improvement.
Throughout his career, he has supported approximately 100 manufacturing plants across various industries in Poland, delivering training and implementation projects in areas including:
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Problem solving (including A3 methodology)
- Organization and optimization of internal logistics
- Design of supermarket systems and Kanban cards
- Inventory optimization and material flow stabilization
Earlier in his career, he held managerial and executive roles within manufacturing environments – including Production Director, Quality Control Manager, and Head of Technological Operations. This enables him to combine a strategic perspective with a deep understanding of gemba realities.
He has worked across diverse industries – from automotive and food production to consumer goods – allowing him to quickly diagnose key constraints and develop solutions tailored to the specific context of each organization.
Andrzej Bielewski cooperates with Leantrix as a collaborating expert, supporting selected projects related to:
- material flow improvement,
- organization and stabilization of internal logistics,
- production process optimization,
- implementation of pull systems and visual flow management.
