Leantrix is a proud member of the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI), located in Cambridge, UK. As part of our membership, we collaborate with dozens of ILSSI member companies, participate in international conferences, and each of our certified courses culminates in an exam and certificate issued by the International Lean Six Sigma Institute. Leantrix is the only Polish member of ILSSI.
ILSSI is a global organization promoting lean, sustainable, and intelligent business processes, supporting digital transformation through technologies such as AI, IIoT, blockchain, and robotics.

TOC Dojo
TOC Dojo is a Polish center for practicing the Theory of Constraints (TOC), founded by Goldratt Europe, Leantrix, and Optimum. The initiative combines TOC with Lean Management, TWI, Toyota Kata, and Artificial Intelligence, creating a space for learning, hands-on exercises, and knowledge exchange.
Its mission is to develop a culture of continuous improvement through practical workshops, community events, and implementation projects that help organizations identify and eliminate bottlenecks, increase throughput, and build stable flow-driven management systems.
Kata School Poland
Our team is actively developing Kata School Poland – a Polish KATA school founded by Wiktor Wołoszczuk, a board member of Leantrix, and Jarosław Jurasz, in collaboration with the global Kata School organization led by Mike Rother, author of Toyota Kata.
The goal of this initiative is to promote KATA culture and support leaders and organizations in building adaptive capacity in the complex VUCA world.
Through this initiative, we support organizations in building habits of scientific thinking, daily improvement, and lasting cultural change – not through tools, but through people.
Quali Team
We cooperate with QualiTeam, one of the leading companies in Poland specializing in quality management systems. For many years, QualiTeam has been supporting enterprises in building and improving quality systems tailored to the specific needs of various production and service industries.
The organization offers comprehensive quality audits, covering, among others, standards such as ISO (e.g., ISO 9001), IATF 16949, VDA, as well as other requirements of industry norms and specifications. In addition, QualiTeam provides training for management and employees, advises on the implementation of new quality systems, and supports companies in preparing for certification and maintaining compliance with international standards.
