Implementation support

We provide support based on the Kata process, which allows us to adapt our activities to the specifics of your organization, taking into account the jointly set goals. The Kata process consists of four key elements that enable effective implementation of assumptions.

  • We diagnose the main challenges in medical and administrative processes (e.g., overproduction of documentation, queues, communication errors).

  • We identify waste in daily staff activities – based on the 7 types of Lean waste.

  • We select key areas for pilot implementation (e.g., triage, registration, treatment rooms).

  • We create a Value Stream Map (VSM) and design the target standard for patient care.

  • We set implementation priorities, create an action schedule, and form project teams.

  • We train teams in the basics of Lean Management and work standardisation.

  • Together, we develop standardised work instructions for medical and administrative processes.

  • We implement visual management and daily huddle boards (Lean Daily Management).

  • We install the eTWI system for digital management of work documentation.

  • We run initial Kaizen workshops with medical staff – rapid improvements.
