    Amanda Wright TWI Master Trainer & HR Business Partner

    Amanda is a Certified Human Resource Leader with over five years of experience developing a talent development program based on TWI Job Instruction in several dozen automotive plants across Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Brazil. She is a certified Master Trainer in TWI JI, with a proven track record of successfully creating and implementing impactful programs.

    Highly organized and detail-oriented, Amanda is also an accomplished operational development manager. She is dedicated to educating others on applying lean manufacturing principles and adhering to standardized processes to drive continuous improvement.

    Kamil Müller TWI Master Trainer, COO Leantrix

    Practitioner of the Training Within Industry program and Lean Management. He is the managing partner of TWI at LeanTrix, as well as a trainer leading the implementation of the TWI program in several plants in Poland. He specializes in the implementation of the TWI program in industries related to e-commerce, logistics, as well as automotive and food industry. He has carried out projects for companies such as: Danone, Lotte Wedel, Geberit, eObuwie.pl, Tenneco. He lectures at the WSB University in Wrocław. He is the author and co-author of several literature titles devoted to the development of the skills of leaders and foremen.

    PhD Bartosz Misiurek TWI Master Trainer, CEO Leantrix

    Since 2007 he has been developing the TWI program in Poland. Author of over 50 articles on TWI and Lean Management published in several countries. Author of a book on Lean and the TWI program. He has presented at many international conferences. Currently he cooperates with Cooper Standard (Automotive) as a TWI Global Coach supporting the implementation of TWI in over 60 plants on 4 continents. He gained experience under the supervision of international specialists: Marek Piątkowski, former director of Canadian Toyota and Richard Abercrombie, former Boeing manager, TWI Institute consultant. Since 2007 he has been responsible at Lean Enterprise Institute Poland for the transfer of the TWI program from the USA and its subsequent development in Poland. Thanks to his extensive experience in the practical use of Lean and TWI tools, which he gained in companies from the food and automotive industries, he has been able to share his knowledge with several thousand people during over three hundred practical workshops that he has conducted so far at such companies as: Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Polska, Philips Lighting Poland, Electrolux Poland, Aesculap-Chifa, Cadbury Wedel, HJ Heinz Polska, Zakłady Przemysłu Tłuszczowego w Warszawie (Kruszwica S.A.), Zetkama, Black Red White, IKEA Polska, Klose Fabryka Mebli, Constantia Teich, Lamela, Philip Morris Polska, Avio, Autoliv Polska, Yagii Automotive, Tarczyński S.A. and many others.

    He studied at the University of Technology in Wrocław, where he obtained a PhD in technical sciences.
    In private, he is the father of three sons. He loves physical activity, especially running. He has completed numerous marathons and half marathons.
